Zoning Hearing - 119 Waters Ferry Road

There will be a Zoning Hearing on Thursday, February 4, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. at the Gilbert Town Hall at 345 Hampton Street. The purpose for this hearing is to discuss a request to change the Zoning of 119 Waters Ferry Road, Gilbert (old Setcrete property) from Light Manufacturing to General Commercial. Public is invited to attend.
